Refund Policy

In order to reserve AAYE’s services for the Event Date, you shall render payment of a non-refundable deposit in the amount of deposit at the time this Contract is signed by you and AAYE. This non-refundable deposit will be credited against the Event Fee; however, if the Event does not take place because of non-payment or any breach of this Contract by you, the deposit shall be forfeited. You and AAYE agree that the Contract is not subject to cancellation unless both parties have agreed to such cancellation in writing no later than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the Event. Furthermore, in the event you breach the contract, you shall pay AAYE the amount set forth amount as the “Event Fee” as liquidated damages, plus 6% interest thereon and reasonable attorney’s fees and legal costs. If the total amount is not paid by the event date a late fee of 6% (event sub-total) will be added to the bill each week until the event is paid in full.
